About Mid Cities Care Corps

Our offices are located in St. Philip Presbyterian Church, at the heart of the mid cities within Hurst, Euless and Bedford, near the North East Mall.

Our mission is to provide care, service and support to those unable to manage both the financial and physical maintenance needs.

Transportation

Medical/dental - Monday through Friday 9a.m. till 5 p.m. Transportation though caring volunteers who transport with Tarrant County to Doctor, Dental and Dialysis appointments.

Shopping/Errands

During the evenings and Saturdays only volunteers assisting by transporting the care receiver to the grocery store, hairdresser, and other quality of life trips.

Minor Home Repairs

For care receivers who own their homes, volunteers assist with fixing leaking faucets and toilets, adding an electrical outlet, and building ramps for access into/out of their residence.

Lawn Maintenance

Volunteers assistance with sporadic lawn maintenance due to surgery, etc or an Adopt a Lawn program is offered where a volunteers mows & edges on a every other week schedule during the growing season.

Housekeeping

Assistance is provided for housekeeping chores on an occasional basis. Services provided mopping, vacuuming, dusting.

Food Distribution

MCCC works with the Community Enrichment Center and North East Emergency Distribution to distribute supplemental food for those who are unable to pick up the food on their own from these organization for care receivers who meet the CEC and NEED requirements.
